Qualifications
- Design and develop intuitive interaction patterns that balance functionality with emotional engagement
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional micro-interactions and user flow design
- Experience in creating and testing interactive prototypes to validate design decisions
- Expertise in translating user needs into delightful interaction models
- Strong understanding of human behavior and cognitive psychology principles
- Ability to design system-wide interaction patterns and maintain consistency
- Experience with motion design and animation principles
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate across teams
- Experience working in a professional team of software engineers, and the tools and best practices for code, collaboration, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; pixel level perfection is core to what we do.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Desire to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and the team's capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in cognitive science, psychology, or human-computer interaction
- Experience with gesture-based and natural user interfaces
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Familiarity with front-end technologies to better collaborate with developers
- Track record of measuring and improving interaction success metrics
- Experience designing for multiple platforms (mobile, desktop, tablet)
- Understanding of emerging technologies and their interaction implications
- Background in user research and usability testing
