We are looking for a founding Go-to-market Engineer to accelerate adoption of Aloe, the AI computer. You will own the earliest phases of product-led growth: getting the product into people’s hands, driving retention, and turning usage into love. This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you’ll experiment across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and community – building the engine that takes Aloe from breakout product to enduring company.

Responsibilities
- Drive Growth Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies and growth experiments to acquire, activate, and retain users for our AI computer.
- Leverage the latest AI tools to automate and scale marketing workflows, showcasing innovative ways to grow our user base.
- Data & Analytics: Establish and manage our growth analytics stack (tracking, A/B testing, user segmentation, etc.), and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize the funnel from sign-up to active usage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and community teams to create compelling technical demos, tutorials, and campaigns that highlight the product’s value.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Continuously try new channels and tactics (growth hacks, viral loops, content marketing with AI, etc.), then rapidly iterate based on what the data and user feedback reveal.
- User Feedback Loop: Engage with early users and beta testers to gather feedback, identify friction points, and refine our value proposition and onboarding for better product-market fit.
- Product-Led Growth Implementation: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build in-product growth levers (e.g. onboarding flows, referral programs, in-app prompts) that enhance conversion.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in a growth-focused or technical marketing role (e.g. growth engineer, marketing ops, product growth) with a track record of driving early user growth in a consumer software environment.
- Product-Led Growth Savvy: Deep understanding of product-led growth metrics and tactics – you know how to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and have successfully led initiatives that moved these metrics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in coding or scripting and integrating with APIs/webhooks. Comfortable building automations and using tools/technologies (analytics platforms, marketing automation, data dashboards) to scale go-to-market efforts.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience running A/B tests, interpreting user data, and turning insights into actionable growth plans.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Able to translate between technical and non-technical teams, and clearly articulate ideas to colleagues and users.
Preferred Qualifications
- AI Enthusiast: Exposure to or experience with modern AI tools and platforms. An early adopter mindset – you’ve played with the latest AI-driven apps or agents and are excited about their potential.
- Startup Launch Experience: Previous experience bringing a tech product to market or scaling an early-stage startup’s growth, especially in a product-led growth setting.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with productivity or knowledge worker-focused products. Understanding the workflows of professionals and how an AI assistant can integrate into their daily life is a plus.
- Marketing Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with growth and marketing tools (e.g. Mixpanel/Google Analytics, Segment, HubSpot or similar CRM, email marketing platforms) and ability to quickly learn new software.
