We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining code components within Aloe and its tooling. You will work in a close-knit team that spans philosophy, engineering, cognitive science, UX, and operations, in our shared mission to invent, implement, and deliver the most significant step change to AI since the introduction of ChatGPT.

Qualifications
- Design and develop dynamic web applications to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Strong experience in a strongly-typed interpreted language, like Typescript.
- Strong experience in a reactive functional UI framework, like Svelte or React.
- Experience working in a professional team of software engineers, and the tools and best practices for code, collaboration, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills working remotely.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Svelte and Typescript for web application development.
- Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
